2. What data I process and why

I process personal data for the following purposes:

• Handling enquiries from the contact form – I process the name, email address and message content that you fill in. The purpose is to reply to you and to carry out related communication.
  Legal basis: taking steps at your request prior to entering into a contract, or the performance of a contract (Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR), and the legitimate interest in handling your enquiry (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR).
• Traffic measurement (analytics) – using Vercel Web Analytics, I anonymously measure site traffic (e.g. the number of page views). I process this data only if you give your consent in the cookie banner.
  Legal basis: your consent (Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR), which you can withdraw at any time.
• Operation and security of the website – the hosting provider may briefly process technical data, including IP addresses, in operational and security logs.
  Legal basis: the legitimate interest in ensuring secure operation of the website (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR).

3. Recipients and processors

Your personal data may be processed, to the extent necessary, by the following service providers:

• Vercel Inc. – website hosting and the Vercel Web Analytics service (USA).
• Resend (Plus Five Five, Inc.) – delivery of the email sent from the contact form (USA).
• Google LLC – when loading Google Fonts web fonts, it may be a recipient of your IP address (USA). The fonts on this website are self-hosted, so under normal circumstances no such transfer occurs.

4. Transfers to third countries (outside the EU/EEA)

The providers listed above are based in the United States of America. The transfer of personal data to the USA is carried out on the basis of appropriate safeguards under the GDPR — in particular the standard contractual clauses approved by the European Commission, or under the EU–US Data Privacy Framework where the recipient is certified.

5. Retention period

• I keep contact form data for as long as necessary to handle your enquiry and any follow-up communication, and no longer than 3 years from the last contact.
• Consent to analytics (and the related processing) remains valid until it is withdrawn.

6. Your rights

In connection with the processing of personal data, you have the right:

• of access to the data I process about you;
• to rectification of inaccurate or incomplete data;
• to erasure (the “right to be forgotten”);
• to restriction of processing;
• to data portability;
• to object to processing based on legitimate interest;
• to withdraw consent to the processing of analytics cookies at any time via the “Cookie settings” link in the site footer — withdrawal does not affect the lawfulness of processing carried out before the withdrawal;
• to lodge a complaint with the supervisory authority, which is the Office for Personal Data Protection (Úřad pro ochranu osobních údajů, ÚOOÚ), with its registered office at Pplk. Sochora 27, 170 00 Praha 7, Czech Republic, www.uoou.cz.
